A: The chain scraper type is vastly superior. The UHAND FS Series utilizes a chain scraper structure that protects the physical integrity of the feed (preventing stratification). Furthermore, it is much more fuel-efficient, has a significantly lower failure rate, and the lifespan of its core components is over 5 times longer than that of auger types. (This has been thoroughly proven in mega-dairies).
Q2: Will there be feed residue left inside the hopper?

A: Almost none. Our tested residue amount is ≤ 3 kg. The scrapers thoroughly clean the bottom of the hopper, preventing any leftover feed from molding, which in turn protects the cows' feed intake and milk production.
Q3: What size tractor is required to operate it?

A: Compared to auger spreaders of the same volume, our chain scraper type requires much less power. For instance, a 10m³ to 12m³ trailed feed spreader can easily be powered by a standard 70-90 HP tractor.
Q4: How should I match the feed spreader with my TMR mixer?

A: We generally recommend a 1:1 capacity ratio between the spreader and the TMR mixer, or selecting a spreader with a slightly smaller capacity than your TMR mixer for optimal loading efficiency.
Q5: What is the transfer efficiency and method of the spreader?

A: It utilizes a robust chain plate transmission with an impressive delivery speed of approximately 1.2 m³/second, distributing the feed smoothly via conveyor belts.
